Software License Terms
These terms describe the lifetime, one-production-site license supplied with Drecha WordPress plugins.
1. Seller and scope
Drecha WordPress plugins are sold by Zeelebosch Curaçao B.V., Curaçao, Dutch Caribbean. These terms supplement the Drecha Terms and Conditions. Company registration, tax, and street-address details must be completed and legally reviewed before final publication.
2. License grant
Each completed purchase grants a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the purchased plugin on one production website. Local and staging installations may be used for development and testing associated with that production website.
3. Lifetime use and updates
The license does not expire and the purchased version may be used indefinitely. Updates are supplied without a recurring fee while Drecha continues to maintain the product. “Lifetime” refers to the useful maintained life of the product, not a promise of perpetual development.
4. Restrictions
You may not resell, sublicense, publicly redistribute, or share protected download packages or license keys. Mandatory rights under applicable law are not excluded.
5. Refunds and revocation
Submitting a refund request immediately revokes the corresponding license, activations, updates, and protected downloads. Drecha may also suspend or revoke a license obtained through fraud, chargeback abuse, unauthorized redistribution, or a material breach. Existing customer content is not remotely deleted.
6. Legal review
