1. Seller and scope

Drecha WordPress plugins are offered by Zeelebosch Curaçao B.V. These terms apply to the Drecha plugin catalog, checkout, protected downloads, license service, updates, and related support. They do not describe a hosted SaaS subscription.

2. Purchases and Paddle

Plugin purchases are one-time payments. Paddle may act as Merchant of Record and may appear on checkout pages, receipts, tax documents, payment descriptors, and refunds. You must provide accurate purchase information and may not use a payment method without authorization.

3. License

A completed purchase grants the license described in the Software License Terms. Unless the product page states otherwise, one license covers one production website plus associated local or staging environments. License keys and protected packages may not be shared, resold, or publicly redistributed.

4. Validation and updates

The plugin may contact Drecha with its license key, plugin identifier, normalized website domain, and installation identifier to activate and periodically validate the license and check for updates. Updates are provided while the product remains maintained and the license remains active.

5. Refunds and revocation

The Refund Policy forms part of these terms. Submitting a refund request immediately revokes the corresponding license, activation, update access, and protected-download access, even if Paddle is still processing the refund.

6. Acceptable use

You may not bypass licensing controls, use a license on more sites than allowed, distribute license keys or protected packages, interfere with update or validation endpoints, or use Drecha services unlawfully. We may revoke licenses connected to fraud, chargebacks, abuse, or material breach.

7. Compatibility and availability

Supported WordPress, PHP, and browser versions are those stated for the relevant release. We do not promise compatibility with every theme, plugin, hosting stack, or future third-party version. License and update services may occasionally be unavailable for maintenance or events outside our reasonable control.

8. Liability and changes

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the plugins are provided without guarantees beyond mandatory rights and any express promises on the product page. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Our aggregate liability is limited to the amount paid for the affected plugin, except where law does not permit that limitation.
