WordPress Event Calendar Views

Give visitors a useful list, month, week, upcoming, or past view that works across desktop and mobile screens.

What this resolves

A clearer way to manage this work in WordPress.

  • Five focused calendar views
  • Responsive frontend layout
  • Keyword and taxonomy filters
  • Shortcode and Gutenberg placement

Choose the right view

Match the calendar to the way people browse.

A month grid works for overview, while upcoming and list views make the next activity easier to spot. Choose the starting view in Gutenberg without rebuilding the page.

Useful everywhere

One calendar that adapts to the screen.

Visitors can search and filter the same schedule on desktop and mobile. The layout changes with the available space instead of forcing a wide calendar into a narrow viewport.

Keep discovery simple

Show filters only when they add value.

Turn category, teacher, location, and keyword filters on where the programme needs them. Small schedules can remain quiet; larger catalogues gain the tools visitors need.
