Choose the right booking shape
Use a one-time Event, Class, or Session for a dated workshop. Use a Free appointment service for bookable times, or Pro recurrence for a repeating timetable.

Open reservations
Enable booking, set limited or unlimited capacity, and publish the event page, calendar, block, or shortcode. Guests and verified customers can reserve without checkout.

Run arrivals
Search by customer or booking reference, add walk-ins, check people in, correct partial attendance, and mark no-shows from the responsive merchant dashboard.

Add access plans when needed
Pro can apply an eligible class pass or membership atomically during booking, operate a waitlist when capacity is full, and send configurable reminders.
