Configure WordPress Class, Yoga and Workshop Booking

Choose the right booking shape. Use a one-time Event, Class, or Session for a dated workshop. Use Free recurrence for a repeating timetable, or a Free appointment service for bookable times.

Open reservations. Enable booking, set limited or unlimited capacity, and publish the event page, calendar, block, or shortcode. Guests and verified customers can reserve without checkout.

Run arrivals. Search by customer or booking reference, add walk-ins, check people in, correct partial attendance, and mark no-shows from the responsive merchant dashboard.

Add access plans when needed. Pro can apply an eligible class pass or membership atomically during booking, operate a waitlist when capacity is full, and send configurable reminders.
Verify the result
Open the relevant public page in a private browser window and complete the workflow once. Confirm the saved result in WordPress, test keyboard navigation, and repeat the critical path at a mobile width before sharing it with customers.
