Configure Skip or Reschedule One Event Date

Edit the recurring event. Open the parent event under Activities → Recurring.
Find date exceptions. Scroll to the skipped and moved occurrence controls.
Choose the original date. Select the occurrence that should not run at its normal time.
Apply and inspect the change. Skip the occurrence or enter its replacement timing, save the event, and verify the public calendar.

Verify the result

Open the relevant public page in a private browser window and complete the workflow once. Confirm the saved result in WordPress, test keyboard navigation, and repeat the critical path at a mobile width before sharing it with customers.
