Configure WordPress Booking Reports and CSV Exports
-
Review today at a glance. Use the single Drecha Events & Bookings widget on the WordPress dashboard for recurrence-aware events today, appointments today, new bookings from the last seven days, and role-aware shortcuts. A fresh installation shows first-event onboarding instead.
-
Review Free operations. Open Events & Bookings → Reports for booking totals, booked places, check-ins, attendance rate, and totals grouped by event or appointment service and session date.
-
Choose the Pro report range. Open Events & Bookings → Advanced reports, choose dates and optional event, service, or staff filters, then review operational trends, pass balances, and membership usage or expiry.
-
Export or configure the dashboard. Download booking, pass, or membership CSV files and select which summary widgets appear for authorized merchants on the WordPress dashboard.
Verify the result
Open the relevant public page in a private browser window and complete the workflow once. Confirm the saved result in WordPress, test keyboard navigation, and repeat the critical path at a mobile width before sharing it with customers.
