Operational insight

WordPress Booking Reports and CSV Exports

Start with useful booking and attendance totals in Free, then analyze occupancy, no-shows, cancellations, booking sources, passes, memberships, staff, and services in Pro.

What this resolves

A clearer way to manage this work in WordPress.

  • Useful booking and attendance totals included in Free
  • Pro trends by event, service, staff member, and date range
  • Credit-pass balance and membership-expiry visibility
  • Safe CSV exports and configurable merchant dashboard widgets

Free stays useful

Daily answers do not require a license.

Booking totals, booked places, attendance, customer history, onboarding, and totals by event or service and date remain in the WordPress.org Free core. Booking managers can use the same responsive operational navigation without post-editing access.

Pro operational depth

See capacity, behavior, and entitlement health together.

Pro adds occupancy, no-show and cancellation trends, walk-in versus online comparison, pass usage and balances, membership activity and expiry, staff and service filters, and merchant-selected dashboard widgets.

Export safely

CSV output is permissioned and spreadsheet-aware.

Exports require the booking-management capability, an active Pro entitlement, a POST request, and a valid nonce. Potential formula cells are prefixed before standard CSV escaping so customer-controlled text is not executed by a spreadsheet.
