Booking entitlements in Pro
WordPress Membership Plans for Events and Classes
Assign dated memberships with unlimited, weekly, or monthly booking allowances and precise event, category, or service eligibility—without recurring billing.
What this resolves
A clearer way to manage this work in WordPress.
- Unlimited plans and multiple memberships per customer
- Clear Monday-based weekly and calendar-month resets
- Concurrency-safe booking limits and automatic eligibility
- Membership and class-pass priority without payment dependencies
Calendar limits that agree
Every booking uses the same reset boundary.
Weekly allowances reset Monday at 00:00 and monthly allowances reset on day 1 at 00:00 in the WordPress timezone. The corresponding UTC boundary is stored with usage so daylight-saving changes and later audits remain unambiguous.

Safe under concurrency
The final weekly booking cannot be claimed twice.
The booking transaction locks the selected customer membership before counting active and retained usage in its calendar window. Eligibility, quota use, the booking reference, and history commit together.

Entitlements, not invoices
Membership access stays separate from money.
Plans can be assigned, scheduled, renewed, extended, suspended, or cancelled manually. No recurring billing or payment provider is introduced, and Pro deactivation leaves every entitlement and usage record intact and readable.
