WordPress Membership Plans for Events and Classes

Configure, verify, and operate WordPress Membership Plans for Events and Classes in the official Drecha plugin manual.

What this feature does

Assign dated memberships with unlimited, weekly, or monthly booking allowances and precise event, category, or service eligibility—without recurring billing.

Key capabilities

  • Unlimited plans and multiple memberships per customer
  • Clear Monday-based weekly and calendar-month resets
  • Concurrency-safe booking limits and automatic eligibility
  • Membership and class-pass priority without payment dependencies

Configure WordPress Membership Plans for Events and Classes

  1. Create a membership plan. Open Events & Bookings → Memberships → Plans, choose unlimited bookings or a weekly or monthly allowance, and set default validity.
  2. Choose eligible bookings. Allow all bookings or select specific events, event categories, and appointment services, then configure normal, late-cancellation, and no-show allowance policy.
  3. Assign and schedule access. Assign the plan to a registered customer with exact start and expiry dates. Future memberships remain Scheduled until their local calendar date begins.
  4. Operate and renew. Review customer memberships and append-only history, suspend or cancel access, renew or extend dates, and choose whether membership or class-pass entitlement takes priority.

Verify the result

Open the relevant public page in a private browser window and complete the workflow once. Confirm the saved result in WordPress, test keyboard navigation, and repeat the critical path at a mobile width before sharing it with customers.
