Free WordPress Event Bookings and RSVP

Configure, verify, and operate Free WordPress Event Bookings and RSVP in the official Drecha plugin manual.

What this feature does

Accept guest reservations and walk-ins, then run attendance from a responsive merchant dashboard with safe capacity, references, no-shows, customer profiles, and operator auditing.

Key capabilities

  • Unlimited events, customers, bookings, and walk-ins
  • Booked, checked-in, remaining, and total capacity
  • Manual attendance correction and no-shows
  • Booking manager access without a license gate

Configure Free WordPress Event Bookings and RSVP

  1. Enable bookings on an event. Edit the event, open Bookings and RSVP, and choose whether this event accepts reservations.
  2. Choose capacity and workflow. Set a maximum attendee count or unlimited capacity, then choose whether new reservations start as Confirmed or Pending.
  3. Publish the guest form. Visitors can respond Going or Not Going and enter a name and email without a WordPress account. Each public Going response reserves exactly one place.
  4. Run walk-ins and attendance. Open Events & Bookings → Bookings to search names or references, select an existing customer or enter a new walk-in without requiring an account or email, add one or several attendees, then use one-click check-in, undo, manual corrections, post-session no-shows, notes, or cancellation.

Verify the result

Open the relevant public page in a private browser window and complete the workflow once. Confirm the saved result in WordPress, test keyboard navigation, and repeat the critical path at a mobile width before sharing it with customers.
