Configure Reusable Teachers and Event Locations

Create a teacher. Open Events & Bookings → Teachers, add the name, portrait, biography, specialism, and relevant links.

Create a location. Open Events & Bookings → Locations and add address, contact, accessibility, directions, and map information.

Edit an activity. Open any one-time or recurring event, class, or session in Free.

Connect and publish. Select the saved location and teachers, then publish so their profile cards, practical details, related activities, and map preview appear consistently with the event.
Verify the result
Open the relevant public page in a private browser window and complete the workflow once. Confirm the saved result in WordPress, test keyboard navigation, and repeat the critical path at a mobile width before sharing it with customers.
