People and places

Reusable Teachers and Event Locations

Store useful profiles once and connect them consistently to recurring events, classes, and sessions.

What this resolves

A clearer way to manage this work in WordPress.

  • Teacher portraits and biographies
  • Multiple teachers per event
  • Reusable venue information
  • Directions and accessibility details

Write details once

Keep people and places as reusable records.

A teacher biography or venue address should not be copied into every event. Save it once, improve it over time, and select it whenever a new class needs it.

Consistent in public

Every connected event stays informative.

Visitors get the same portrait, biography, directions, and accessibility information wherever that teacher or location appears. Updates flow through without editing each event.

Made for teams

Editors choose instead of rewriting.

The relationship is made with a simple selection inside the event editor. Multiple teachers can share one activity, and the same venue can support a complete programme.
