Configure Import Events, Bookings, and Media from JSON or ZIP

Open the importer. In WordPress, go to Events & Bookings → Import.
Choose the scope. Import content only, include booking configuration, or explicitly select the complete customer and booking dataset.
Upload and preview. Select JSON or ZIP, choose media and duplicate behavior, then review compatibility, entity counts, relationships, and matching records before any write.
Run or resume the batches. Watch progress and per-record errors. An interrupted job resumes from its saved phase without uploading the package again.

Verify the result

Open the relevant public page in a private browser window and complete the workflow once. Confirm the saved result in WordPress, test keyboard navigation, and repeat the critical path at a mobile width before sharing it with customers.
