Smart JSON imports
Import Events, Classes, Teachers, and Locations
Bring a connected schedule into WordPress in one JSON file and safely update the same records during later imports.
What this resolves
A clearer way to manage this work in WordPress.
- One relational JSON file
- Stable keys prevent duplicates
- Repeat imports update records
- Built-in future-dated sample data
Bring the relationships with you
Import a schedule as one connected whole.
Teachers, locations, recurring events, and sessions can travel in the same JSON file. Stable keys describe how those records belong together before WordPress creates them.

Safe to repeat
Later imports update instead of duplicate.
Use the same stable keys in a revised file and Drecha finds the records it created earlier. That makes the importer useful for ongoing synchronisation, not only the first migration.

Confidence before changes
Validation catches structural problems early.
Review feedback before records are written. The included example also gives technical teams a practical starting point with future-dated data and correct relationships.
