Verify inbox delivery before enabling workflows that depend on email.

Prepare WordPress mail

Drecha records and queues supported messages, but WordPress and the configured mail transport remain responsible for delivery.

Configure one SMTP or transactional-mail plugin; do not run competing mail plugins.
Open Events & Bookings settings and send the inbox-readiness message.
Open its time-limited confirmation link from the monitored inbox.
Only then enable customer accounts, reminders, or waitlist offers that depend on email.
Complete a real booking and confirm both the saved record and received message.

If a message is missing

First confirm that the booking or account action was saved. Then check the Events activity log where available, WordPress cron, the mail plugin log, provider acceptance, and the recipient's spam folder.
