- WordPress privacy export and erasure support
Configure Free WordPress Customer Booking Accounts
-
Publish the account page and confirm email. Activation creates a My event account page with the customer-account block. Add that page to the site navigation or place [drecha_customer_account] in any shortcode-compatible builder. Then configure one WordPress SMTP or transactional-mail plugin and open the Drecha inbox-check link. Customer registration unlocks only after that delivery check; guest booking remains available throughout.
-
Register and verify. Customers register with their name, email, phone, and password, then use their own time-limited email link before logging in.
-
Review and manage bookings. The dashboard separates upcoming bookings from history, stores contact details, and allows cancellation only for eligible future pending or confirmed reservations owned by that customer.
-
Manage customers or handle privacy requests. Use Events & Bookings → Customers to search registered and guest customers, open paginated booking history, and add a reservation. New manual bookings can create a customer account, while WordPress privacy tools include email-matched profile and booking records.
Verify the result
Open the relevant public page in a private browser window and complete the workflow once. Confirm the saved result in WordPress, test keyboard navigation, and repeat the critical path at a mobile width before sharing it with customers.
