Customer accounts in Free

Free WordPress Customer Booking Accounts

Let customers register, verify their email, manage contact details, review booking history, claim guest bookings, and cancel eligible reservations without entering WordPress admin.

What this resolves

A clearer way to manage this work in WordPress.

  • Native WordPress authentication and password reset
  • Frontend-only customer role and dashboard
  • Verified guest-booking claims without duplicate identities
  • WordPress privacy export and erasure support

Native and secure

Customer access stays inside WordPress.

Passwords, login sessions, logout, and password reset use WordPress authentication. The dedicated customer role has only minimal read capability, is kept out of wp-admin, and must verify its email before account access or guest-booking claims.

One customer identity

Verified email connects the booking history.

Registration refuses duplicate WordPress email identities. After verification, unclaimed guest bookings with the same normalized email become part of the customer history, without exposing records belonging to anyone else.

Works with the site

A dashboard that does not depend on one theme.

The dynamic block and shortcode render semantic, responsive frontend markup that works in block themes, classic themes, and page builders. Logged-in booking forms use the verified profile automatically while guest forms remain unchanged.

WordPress manual

How to configure free wordpress customer booking accounts.

  1. 1

    Publish the account page

Activation creates a My event account page with the customer-account block. Add that page to the site navigation or place [drecha_customer_account] in any shortcode-compatible builder.

  2. 2

    Register and verify

Customers register with their name, email, phone, and password, then use the time-limited email link before logging in. Guest booking remains available without registration.

  3. 3

    Review and manage bookings

The dashboard separates upcoming bookings from history, stores contact details, and allows cancellation only for eligible future pending or confirmed reservations owned by that customer.

  4. 4

Create customers or handle privacy requests

Merchants can create accounts under Events → Customers. WordPress privacy export and erasure tools include the customer profile and email-matched booking records.
