Safe under pressure
Two customers cannot claim one calendar slot.
The booking transaction locks deterministic UTC calendar days, checks indexed allocation ranges, and writes the shared booking record and its allocations together. A concurrent loser receives a conflict and reloads the available slots.

Create a service
Open Events → Services, add the service name and description, choose its duration, and enable appointment booking.

Configure availability
Open Events → Availability, set the basic weekly opening hours, and block holidays or other unavailable local-time periods.

Publish appointment booking
Add the managed Book an appointment page to navigation or place [drecha_appointments] in any shortcode-compatible page. Customers choose a service, date, and currently available time.

Run the appointment diary
Use Events → Appointments to review the paginated diary, create an appointment manually, or cancel one. Pro can assign staff and resources and enforce service-specific buffers and booking rules.
