Manage entries
Use the searchable, paginated inbox to review field values, read or spam state, private notes, upload access, and notification history. Filter before a CSV export so it contains only the required records.
Verify email in the right order

Confirm the entry was stored successfully.

Check the notification is enabled and its recipients and placeholders are valid.

Check whether the local job is pending, retrying, accepted, or failed.

Verify WordPress cron is running.

Inspect the mail plugin or provider log and the recipient's spam folder.
