Export, import, and backups
Move versioned, secret-free form definitions without copying entries or credentials.
Export a form definition

Open Drecha Forms → Tools.

Select the form and export its versioned JSON definition.

Store the file in an access-controlled backup location.
Import safely

Back up the destination site.

Import the JSON through the Forms tools screen.

Review the result as a draft; do not assume destination IDs, email addresses, or page URLs are correct.

Reconfigure site-specific notifications, redirects, and embeds.

Publish and complete a test submission.
Exports intentionally omit entries, uploaded files, passwords, API tokens, OAuth credentials, webhook secrets, and other encrypted provider values. Use a full site backup when those records must move.
