Form templates

Configure, verify, and operate Form templates in the official Drecha plugin manual.

What this feature does

Free templates create ordinary Drecha Forms schemas. Every field, layout, rule, notification, and confirmation stays editable, exportable, and independent of a remote template service.

Key capabilities

  • Editable foundations — Templates never become a separate form type. They are copied into the same versioned schema as forms built from scratch.
  • Local availability — Core templates ship with the plugin and do not require a Drecha account or remote library request.
  • Portable forms — Duplicate forms or export and import versioned JSON with strict validation.

Configure Form templates

  1. Choose a goal. Pick the template closest to the information you need to collect.
  2. Review every field. Remove unnecessary questions and adapt labels, validation, and accessibility text.
  3. Configure the outcome. Set email notifications, the confirmation message, or a safe redirect.
  4. Preview and publish. Test the final form rather than assuming the starter configuration fits unchanged.

Verify the result

Open the relevant public page in a private browser window and complete the workflow once. Confirm the saved result in WordPress, test keyboard navigation, and repeat the critical path at a mobile width before sharing it with customers.
