Webhooks

Configure, verify, and operate Webhooks in the official Drecha plugin manual.

What this feature does

Drecha Forms Pro sends signed or generic HTTPS requests from a durable local queue. Conditional routes, idempotency keys, redacted logs, encrypted secrets, tests, and bounded retries make automation observable.

Key capabilities

  • Signed delivery — HMAC signatures and timestamps let your receiver verify supported webhook payloads and resist replay.
  • Useful destinations — Configure Zapier, Make, generic REST, Slack, Discord, or Google Sheets without changing the Free submission engine.
  • Visible reliability — Inspect attempts, status codes, redacted errors, next retry times, and final failures from WordPress.

Configure Webhooks

  1. Add a Pro destination. Choose a signed webhook, Zapier, Make, or generic REST connection.
  2. Map only needed fields. Keep payloads minimal and exclude secrets or unnecessary personal information.
  3. Test and verify. Send a test, inspect the response, and verify signatures where supported.
  4. Enable the route. Optionally add conditions, then monitor the delivery history after publishing.

Verify the result

Open the relevant public page in a private browser window and complete the workflow once. Confirm the saved result in WordPress, test keyboard navigation, and repeat the critical path at a mobile width before sharing it with customers.
