Start at the failing boundary

Symptom	First checks
Form is missing	Publication status, embed ID, page cache, browser console, and REST response
Submission is rejected	Field response, conditional branch, upload limit, signed token, spam result, and request limit
Entry exists but email is missing	Enabled notification, readiness check, queue, cron, transport, provider log, and spam folder
Upload cannot be opened	Capability, nonce, retention, and the configured private path
Pro integration is unavailable	Free core active, Pro add-on active, license state, site URL, and provider status

Continue with Troubleshoot a blank or broken form, Fix rejected submissions and uploads, or Troubleshoot missing emails and delayed notifications.

Include versions, the exact error, and reproducible steps when requesting support. Never send keys, passwords, private upload URLs, or submitted personal data.
