Pro integrations and delivery
Configure supported providers after local entry commit and monitor every bounded delivery attempt.
Before connecting a provider
-
Keep Drecha Forms Free active and verify ordinary submissions first.
-
Activate the Pro add-on and its one-site license.
-
Decide which fields the destination truly needs.
-
Create least-privilege provider credentials and avoid sending passwords or unnecessary personal data.
Configure and verify
-
Open Drecha Forms → Integrations and choose a supported provider: Google Sheets, Zapier, Make, Slack, Discord, signed webhook, or generic REST.
-
Store credentials through the provided connection flow; sensitive values are encrypted at rest.
-
Map validated form values and add a condition only when routing depends on an answer.
-
Send the built-in test and inspect its redacted result.
-
Enable the route, submit the public form once, and inspect delivery history.
External work starts only after the local entry transaction commits. Jobs use idempotency keys, bounded retries, and delivery history so a provider failure does not erase or duplicate the WordPress submission.
