Open the verified customer portal

Sign in with the same email address used for the purchase or trial, then complete email verification. Unverified accounts cannot view keys, downloads, or activated websites.

The portal is separate from WordPress administration. It manages Drecha marketplace orders and licenses; it does not display or process your WordPress forms, entries, events, bookings, or uploaded files.

Read the license overview

The Your licenses table lists matching purchases and trials, newest first. Each row shows:

  • Product name and order date.
  • 7-day trial or Lifetime · one site.
  • Current active or unavailable state.
  • Trial expiry date when applicable.
  • Active website count and activation limit.
  • A Manage action when a license exists.

The overview is paginated at ten orders. Failed orders can show a Try again action instead of a license.

Manage one license

Select Manage to open the license detail. It shows the product, access type, status, complete license key, latest published release when available, secure-download action, activated websites, and activation history.

Treat the key as a secret. Copy it directly into the matching plugin's License screen and avoid saving it in shared notes.

Create a secure plugin download

  1. Open the usable trial or paid license.
  2. Confirm that the product and latest release are correct.
  3. Select Create secure download.
  4. Save the ZIP without changing its contents.

The portal creates a new signed link that expires after 24 hours and allows up to five downloads. The underlying file is served only while the license is usable. If the link expires or reaches its download count, return to the portal and generate another one.

The initial purchase email also has a 24-hour protected download link. Creating a verified customer account provides durable access after that email link expires.

Release an activated website

  1. Open the license detail.
  2. Under Activated websites, verify the complete URL.
  3. Select Deactivate.
  4. Read the confirmation and select Deactivate website.

The website moves into Activation history with Released status. The action frees its production activation slot but does not remotely uninstall the plugin or erase site data. The old site needs a fresh valid activation before licensed services and updates are available again.

Understand unavailable licenses

A license can be unavailable because a trial expired or the paid order was refunded or revoked. Download and activation actions are blocked when the license is not usable.

Submitting an eligible refund request immediately revokes the license while payment processing continues. The implemented order flow offers a refund request only for a paid order within 14 days and with no previous request. Refund handling is not a way to preserve protected update or download access.

Troubleshoot the portal

No licenses are listed

Confirm that the verified account email matches the order email. Sign out and back in so matching unclaimed orders are checked again. If the checkout email was wrong, contact support with the transaction reference.

Create secure download is disabled

The license is not usable. Check whether the trial expired or the order is refunded or revoked. Also confirm that a published release exists for the product.

The signed link or token expired, reached its maximum downloads, or belongs to a license that is no longer usable. Generate a fresh link from the portal after resolving the license state.

The published release record or protected ZIP is unavailable. Do not substitute an unofficial package. Record the product and release shown in the portal and contact support.

The old website still appears after release

Refresh the license page. Active websites exclude records with a deactivation timestamp, while Activation history intentionally preserves the released record for auditing.
