Use the Daily Agenda as an event-day overview
Daily Agenda groups the day's published or scheduled activities in start-time order. Each session card shows its start time, active booking count, Booked, Checked in, Remaining, Capacity, and a visual booked-percentage meter.
The screen is available in Free to Administrators and Booking managers.

Review a date
- Open Events & Bookings > Bookings & Customers > Daily Agenda.
- Choose Agenda date.
- Select Show day.
- Use Today to return to the current WordPress date.
- Review sessions from earliest to latest.
- Compare Booked with Checked in as customers arrive.
- Check Remaining before accepting a manual booking or walk-in.
The date and displayed event times use the WordPress site timezone. The agenda is paginated at 25 sessions per page.
Open one session's reservations
- Find the session on Daily Agenda.
- Select View bookings.
- Confirm that the Bookings dashboard is filtered to that event and date.
- Search for a customer or reference when needed.
- Check attendees in, correct attendance, add a walk-in, or open a booking for detailed editing.
- Return to Daily Agenda to review the updated totals.
Suggested front-desk workflow
Before doors open:
- Confirm the WordPress timezone and agenda date.
- Compare each session's capacity, booked, and remaining figures.
- Open the busiest session and review Pending reservations.
- Confirm or cancel them according to the organizer's process.
As customers arrive:
- Use View bookings for the correct session.
- Search by attendee name or booking reference.
- Select Check in, or edit a multi-place reservation for partial attendance.
- Use Add walk-in for an unregistered arrival.
After a session:
- Correct mistaken check-ins.
- Mark eligible absent reservations as No-show after the event end.
- Review the final checked-in count.
Read unlimited and missing capacity
An unlimited event uses an infinity symbol for Remaining and Capacity. An activity without initialized booking inventory may also lack numeric capacity values. Open the event and save its Bookings and RSVP settings before using the agenda as a capacity check.
Free and Pro differences
Daily Agenda, its capacity and attendance figures, Booking manager access, and linked Free booking actions do not require Pro.
Pro adds separate waitlist and automation operations, entitlement-aware booking extensions, and advanced reports with more filters and CSV export. Those screens complement Daily Agenda; they do not replace its day-of-event workflow.
Troubleshoot Daily Agenda
No sessions appear
Confirm the selected date and each activity's start date. Daily Agenda includes Published and future-scheduled activities for the exact day, not drafts or activities on another date.
Capacity shows no useful number
Edit the event, enable bookings, choose limited or unlimited capacity, and save it. Then reload Daily Agenda.
Totals do not match the door count
Open View bookings and inspect partial attendance, cancelled records, and walk-ins. Booked measures held places; Checked in measures recorded arrivals.
Event times appear incorrect
Review WordPress Settings > General > Timezone and the event's local start time. Daily Agenda formats the stored event time with that WordPress timezone.
