Short answer
Yes. Drecha Forms Free has no product-imposed limit on forms or submissions. Practical limits come from your own hosting storage, database size, mail service, PHP limits, and server resources.
Free does not require a Drecha account, license, remote form-processing service, or paid submission allowance. Ordinary submissions and entries stay on your WordPress website.

What is included in Free?
Free includes the complete visual builder and the everyday form workflow:
- Drag-and-drop, click-to-add, keyboard ordering, autosave, revisions, templates, duplication, import, and export.
- The shipped standard and advanced fields, including private single and multiple file uploads.
- Conditional visibility and required fields, multi-step forms, responsive columns, safe calculations, URL prefilling, confirmations, and redirects.
- Local entry storage, search, statuses, private notes, CSV export, retention controls, and WordPress privacy tools.
- Admin notifications and respondent confirmations through WordPress mail, with local queued retries and acceptance logs.
- Shortcode and Gutenberg block embedding, local spam protection, and basic submission statistics.
“Unlimited” does not bypass hosting limits. A site with many entries or large files still needs enough private disk space, database capacity, backups, and scheduled-task processing.
What does Pro add?
Drecha Forms Pro is useful when a form must send data to another system. The current Pro add-on adds:
- Conditional notification routing.
- Google Sheets, Slack, Discord, Zapier, and Make connections.
- Signed webhooks and mapped outbound REST delivery.
- Delivery history and bounded retries for integrations.
- Scoped external REST API tokens for approved read and export access.
Forms Pro costs $69 USD once for one production website. It is not a subscription and has no annual renewal fee. Free must remain installed and active because Pro extends the Free core.
What is not currently included?
Do not buy Pro expecting reserved roadmap items. Advanced analytics, partial-entry recovery, save and resume, submission PDFs, custom themes, form scheduling, payment collection, user registration, and post creation are not currently shipped.
Which edition should I choose?
- Start with Free when you need forms, entries, uploads, logic, multi-step flows, email, and CSV export on WordPress.
- Add Pro when you need one of the verified external integrations, conditional notification routing, signed delivery, or external API access.
- Keep Free active after installing Pro.
- Check the current product page before purchase rather than relying on an old feature list.
