Before purchasing
Confirm that the correct Drecha product is marked available and that its checkout shows the expected one-time price and currency. The checkout describes one lifetime license for one production website, including updates while the product remains maintained.
You do not need to create a customer account before checkout. Use an email address you control: the license email, order ownership, and later automatic account linking all depend on that address.
Complete the one-time checkout
- Open the Drecha product page.
- Select Purchase Pro or the equivalent lifetime-license action.
- Review the product name, total, currency, and one-site wording.
- Enter your name and email address.
- Select Continue to payment.
- Complete payment in the hosted Paddle checkout.
- Wait for the Drecha confirmation page or email before treating the order as paid.
Drecha calculates the amount on the server and issues the license only after server-side payment confirmation. A browser redirect alone is not proof that fulfillment succeeded.
The confirmation email contains the license key and a protected ZIP link. That email download link expires after 24 hours. The license does not expire merely because the link does.
Create the customer account
Create an account with the exact email used for the purchase or trial. Matching unclaimed orders are linked automatically.
- Open the Create customer account link from the order page, email, or Drecha account area.
- Enter your name and purchase email address.
- Choose a password of at least 12 characters with uppercase and lowercase letters and a number.
- Confirm the password and select Create account.
- Open the verification email.
- Follow its signed verification link within one hour.

Find purchases and trials after signing in
The portal claims orders by a protected hash of the customer email. Purchases and trials made with the same email appear automatically after registration, verification, or a later sign-in.
An order made with another email will not appear in this account. Do not create duplicate accounts to work around a typo; contact support with the order details, but never send a password or full license key in an ordinary support message.
Reset a forgotten password
- Open Customer sign in and choose the password-reset action.
- Enter the account email.
- Drecha always shows the same response, whether an account exists or not.
- If the address is registered, open the queued reset email within one hour.
- Choose a new password that meets the 12-character, mixed-case, and number requirements.

A reset link is single-use because the stored reset record is removed after a successful password change.
Keep the account secure
- Use a unique password and protect access to the email inbox.
- Store the license key in a password manager; do not post it in screenshots or public tickets.
- Sign out on a shared device.
- Use the portal to generate a fresh download instead of forwarding an old protected URL.
- Verify the product name before installing a ZIP.
Troubleshoot purchase and account access
Payment completed but no license email arrived
Check spam and the address entered at checkout. Allow time for the queued transactional email. If the confirmation page is still open, use its secure order access. Contact support with the order email and payment reference if server-side fulfillment has not appeared; do not buy again immediately.
Checkout reports an error
Return to the product checkout and retry only after confirming that no payment completed. The application records a failed order and does not issue a license for an unconfirmed payment.
Registration says the account already exists
Use Customer sign in or the password-reset flow for that email. A second account cannot be created with the same protected email identity.
The verification email expired or never arrived
Sign in, open Verify your email address, and select Send a fresh link. Resending is rate-limited. Check mail filtering before requesting repeatedly.
A purchase is missing from the portal
Confirm that the signed-in and verified account uses exactly the purchase email. Signing in runs the matching-order claim again. If it still does not appear, contact support with the product, approximate purchase time, and transaction reference.
